President: Joyce Mattera
I am an involved home owner for 12 years, with a vested interest in the welfare of Black Creek Sanctuary and Mountain Creek Resort. I have been thankful for the commitment of this board to ensure that the best interest of all property owners be upheld. I will continue to bring my time and skills to the table in upholding the best interests of the home owners as well as the integrity of the Property, to exude a spirit of excellence and character.
My background is in organizational and project management and budgeting, with a propensity to detail. I am in Black Creek often, always attentive to the needs of the property and addressing items that may be neglected. My desire is to maintain a quality environment for our home owners and ensure our ownership in Black Creek remains a solid and secure investment.

I’ve been an owner at BCS for 3 years. Since COVID, my family (wife and three awesome, young kids) has made this our primary residence and we absolutely love everything about this place - the location, the grounds, and the incredible community (we've had the pleasure of getting to know many of you).
Professionally, I'm the CEO of Anomaly - a global advertising agency. Advertising is a relationship business, so I truly understand the importance of open, honest communication and respect in every relationship. I also sit on a few different Boards for various philanthropic organizations and have served on the Board here at BCS for the last year. My education's in business (I hold an Economics degree from Columbia University). All this combined is why I want to continue serving on the Board here, ensuring that BCS remains a fantastic place, a safe investment and a vibrant community for all owners and renters.

I am a BCS homeowner since 2014 and live at BCS full-time. I have served on the Board of BCS as Secretary for the past two years. I enjoy living in the complex and working with my fellow Board members and look forward to becoming more involved with the Association’s accounting and finances. I have been impressed with the Board’s leadership and dedication to making Black Creek a beautiful, comfortable and affordable place to be. I appreciate your prior support and confidence in me to serve on the Board.

I am a principal of Krislen Management Corporation and Winward Construction Corporation. I am seeking to be re-nominated as a Board Member The Black Creek Sanctuary Condominium Association. I have 30 years of construction experience and 20 years of Real Estate Development experience. Krislen Management Corporation was formed in June 1993 and presently employs 30 individuals that consist of administrative personnel and full-time maintenance and construction staff. Krislen Management owns and manages 30 buildings in New York. Krislen Management is a full-scale Management company with over 25 years of experience in construction rehabilitation of apartment buildings ranging from 4 units to 75 units.
I believe my experience in Real Estate Development, Building Management and Construction will be very helpful to the continued success of The Black Creek Sanctuary Condominium Association. I look forward to working closely with the Board of Directors at Black Creek.
